I am BSO (Pro­fes­sio­nal Asso­cia­ti­on for Coa­ching, Super­vi­si­on and Orga­ni­sa­tio­nal Con­sul­tancy) accre­di­ted and I am in ongo­ing trai­ning. My cli­ents include orga­ni­sa­ti­ons as well as indi­vi­du­als. I have expe­ri­ence in the fol­lo­wing sec­tors: cul­tu­re (theat­re, muse­um etc.), schools, hos­pi­tals, finan­cial ser­vices, the food indus­try, NGOs, foun­da­ti­ons, tele­com­mu­ni­ca­ti­ons and many more. I am par­ti­cu­lar­ly con­cer­ned about women who are still con­fron­ted with dou­ble bur­dens, dis­cri­mi­na­ti­on and even with lower sala­ries than their male col­le­agues.
